Residency Special Features:   Our goal is that pharmacists completing our PGY1 residency program will be competent in providing direct patient care to adult patients in an acute care setting; be proficient to providing education to patients and healthcare providers; knowledgeable in medication use development and practice management, and experienced in investigational drug use. Core rotations include Adult Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Critical Care, and Cardiology. Elective options include Emergency Medicine, Oncology, Pharmacy Administration, and Medication Safety.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Georgia pharmacist licensure eligibility, letter of interest, curriculum vitae, college of pharmacy transcripts, three letters of recommendation, on-site interview.
