Residency Special Features:   Our goal is to help our residents achieve their full potential as clinicians, educators, and individuals. The rotations include Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Critical Care, Cardiology- Coronary Care Unit, and Pediatrics. In addition, Practice Management/ Medication Safety and Ambulatory Care will be integrated throughout the year. Residents are mentored by outstanding preceptors who are committed to patient care and the training of young practitioners. There are opportunities for teaching and serving as clinical preceptors for pharmacy students from Rutgers University. Written and oral communication skills are emphasized throughout the program. Each resident completes an original research project and presents the results at the Eastern States Residency Conference. Residents gain experience staffing in our Central and ICU pharmacies equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D., eligibility for licensure in NJ, 3 letters of recommendation, academic transcript, curriculum vitae and letter of interest.
