Residency Special Features:   As a PGY1 pharmacy resident training in our primary care areas, your time will be devoted to comprehensive clinical training in Direct Patient Care Services Medication Therapy Management Pharmacy Practice Management Research You will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary patient care team, enhancing your skills in: Developing problem lists and defining therapeutic goals. Developing and monitoring therapeutic drug plans. Counseling and educating patients on medication use. Providing education to health-care practitioners. Promoting cost-effective pharmacy care.
