Residency Special Features:   Mayo provides a unique opportunity to develop expertise in critical care therapeutics in a renowned, tertiary care referral center. Training opportunities are available in a variety of critical care specialties, including adult surgical ICUs (vascular, thoracic orthopedic, trauma, cardiac, neurosurgical, solid organ transplantation), adult medical ICUs (general medicine, neurology, bone marrow transplantation), coronary care, neonatal and pediatric ICU, and emergency medicine. Complementary experiences include nutrition support, infectious disease, and pain management. Residency research project required.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree; PGY1 pharmacy residency or equivalent experience; college transcripts; curriculum vitae; three letters of recommendation; eligibility for Minnesota licensure.
