Residency Special Features:   The Mayo residency program offers the opportunity to gain experience as an infectious diseases pharmacist in a world-renowned, tertiary care center. Training opportunities are numerous and include inpatient infectious diseases rotations (general ID, critical care ID, transplant ID service), microbiology lab rotation, HIV clinic experience, and the opportunity to work with our computerized antimicrobial monitoring program. Many elective rotations are available and include critical care, hematology/oncology, transplantation, and internal medicine. A research project is required.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree; PGY1 pharmacy residency or equivalent experience; college transcripts, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation; eligibility for Minnesota licensure.
