Residency Special Features:   The Mayo Clinic PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency program's mission is to develop a pharmacist's expert knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities as a leader in oncology practice. An internationally renowned cancer center with challenging experiences in adult and pediatric inpatient oncology and hematology, including allogeneic and autologous stem cell transplantation. Also, outpatient hematology and oncology clinics, clinical trials, hospice and other subspecialty electives are available. Teaching & precepting opportunities & expectations. Research project required.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree; PGY1 pharmacy residency or equivalent experience; college transcripts; curriculum vitae; three letters of recommendation; eligibility for Minnesota licensure.
