Residency Special Features:   * NMS Code 543860 - traditional; NMS Code 543890 - non-traditional. This PGY2 oncology pharmacy residency is an intensive residency designed to refine the resident's clinical skills and provide the resident with a body of knowledge germane to the management of patients with cancer. Practice areas include solid tumors, malignant hematology, pediatric hematology/oncology, stem cell transplantation, investigational drug service, and ambulatory care. The resident conducts a major research project, presents formal lectures, and participates in the oncology journal club, inservices, and the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree, ASHP-accredited postgraduate year one (PGY1) pharmacy residency. Eligibility for Michigan licensure.
