Acceptance Requirements:
High school diploma "currently attending high school" or GED, high school algebra, and high school chemistry and/or biology (or college equivalent) with grade of "C" or better.
General Location Training Sites:
Ann Arbor, Michigan, and surrounding southeastern Michigan area.
Special Requirements:
Current physical exam, negative TB skin test, Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver, rubella titer, proof of medical insurance, current immunizations.

Additional Requirements:
Students must sign an abilities statement attesting to English proficiency, acceptable visual acuity, and locomotor dexterity. Student must be at least 18 years of age to graduate from this program. A police record check will be done on each student prior to program admission. Students will be excluded from the program for any felony conviction record and/or any controlled substance conviction.
