Special Program Features:
The two-year, associate of science degree program features three components: didactic, laboratory, and experiential. Students must enroll in pharmacy program classes while meeting general education requirements. Classrooms are equipped with computers and internet access. Students obtain hands-on mock pharmacy laboratory experience prior to 320 hours of the experiential component, the majority of which is divided between institutional and community pharmacy. Students also rotate through one other site for the remainder of the experiential hours. The program features certification examination preparation and assistance with state registration. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
Acceptance Requirements:
H.S. diploma or GED equivalency, previous transcripts, pre-admissions exams, interview, two letters of recommendation.
