Residency Special Features:   The Sparrow Residency Program offers many opportunities for learning and delivering patient care. As a teaching hospital, we are affiliated with the University of Michigan, Wayne State University, Ferris State University and Michigan State University. Rotations include internal medicine, pediatrics (including ICU and neonatal ICU), critical care, trauma, oncology, pain management, outpatient anticoagulation services, ambulatory care, practice management, drug information, infectious diseases, managed care, academia, pharmacy informatics, emergency medicine and state professional association.
Fringe Benefits:   The resident receives paid vacation/holidays/sick leave, health/life insurance, travel, parking, society membership and meetings fees.
Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D., eligibility for licensure in Michigan, academic transcript, curriculum vitae, letters of recommendation and letter of intent.
