Residency Special Features:   Kaiser Permanente Colorado and Regis University offer a unique PGY1 residency preparing individuals for positions as clinical pharmacists, educators and leaders in outpatient pharmacy and integrated health-systems settings. The KP Colorado (KPCO) Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Practice Residency includes a diverse range of clinical and operational experiences along with a longitudinal academic experience in affiliation with the Regis University School of Pharmacy. The residency will also focus on developing leadership competencies to be used in a variety of both operational and clinical settings. Research training is provided by a team of clinical research scholars to ensure completion of a publishable project. Opportunity to earn a Research Training Certificate and Teaching Certificate are available. The resident joins a nationally recognized team of over 100 Board Certified pharmacists.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm. D. or equivalent experience and eligibility for licensure in Colorado. Submit a letter of intent (explain why a PGY1 residency is desired, how our program will help you achieve your career goals, and how you can contribute to our program), curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation utilizing the form in PhORCAS, and pharmacy academic transcript using the PhORCAS web-based application system.
