Residency Special Features:   Longitudinal rotations include participation in pharmacy driven clinics such as asthma education, congestive heart failure and immunizations. Required rotations focus on ambulatory practice management and transitions of care. Elective rotations include infectious diseases, oncology, pediatrics, psychiatry, emergency care, diabetes, cardiology and family medicine. The residency’s unique partnership with Touro College of Pharmacy allows residents to precept PharmD students and gain valuable teaching experience. The resident will develop strong leadership skills as a pharmacy manager. Numerous research opportunities are available.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Eligibility for New York licensure, graduate of accredited PGY-1 residency, college transcript, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation, letter of intent, on-site interview.
