Residency Special Features:   McLaren Oakland PGY-1 pharmacy residency program builds on Doctor of Pharmacy education and outcomes, contributing to the development of clinical pharmacists accountable for achieving optimal drug therapy as members of the health care team. Through our program, residents will exhibit commitment to the profession, exercise leadership through medication safety improvement, and become well rounded practitioners that will possess the knowledge and skills to promote the advancement of the practice of pharmacy.
