Residency Special Features:   *NMS Code 116213 - focus on institutional practice; NMS Code 116221 - focus on ambulatory practice. MHM offers 2 PGY1 residency positions focused on institutional practice and2 PGY1 position focused on ambulatory care. These residencies provide in-depth experience in clinical pharmacy, with rotation opportunities including pharmacokinetics, ambulatory care, internal medicine, administration, critical care, managed care, infectious disease, nephrology, cardiology, geriatrics, and anti-coagulation. Pharmacy residents provide formal lectures, inservices, and complete a major project. Pharmacy residents also have the opportunity to receive an optional teaching certificate through Ferris State University.
