Multisite: Located in scenic New England, Yale-New Haven Hospital is spread out on 2 campuses within walking distance of each other. The Pharmacy Department that serves both campuses is progressive, providing decentralized clinical services, automation, USP 797 sterile preparation, and support to numerous ambulatory clinics and a 125-bed skilled nursing facility.
Residency Special Features:   

The residency provides a stimulating and enriching work environment with skilled and experienced preceptors. You will become part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary health care team, collaborating with world-class clinicians as you build the knowledge and expertise to define your future as a pharmacy professional. The site, spread across 2 campuses, offers a wide variety of required and elective rotation options. The resident will serve as preceptor for Pharm.D. students and have the opportunity to participate in a teaching certificate program.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   

Applications are accepted via Phorcas and must include a letter of intent, 3 letters of recommendation, CV, university transcript. Pharm.D. degree or equivalent experience required; hospital work experience preferred; Must be eligible for Connecticut licensure.
