Residency Special Features:   Franklin Memorials residency program is for the pharmacist who is interested in working in rural hospital pharmacy.  In your twelve months you will develop skills in general/inpatient, acute care, critical care, administration, oncology, outpatient therapy, anticoagulation management and informatics.  You will build precepting skills under an established preceptor, help build education programs for various departments and learn to work in an environment that is dependent on solid teamwork to be successful.  You will leave with a solid foundation in hospital pharmacy to help you in your pursuit of a PGY2 or work in a community hospital.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Applicant must submit: Letter of intent, academic transcripts, three letters of reference, and curriculum vitae. On –site interview is required. Requirements for acceptance: Completion of a PharmD program, eligible for Maine licensure, and a US citizen or carry a permanent visa.
