Residency Special Features:   Core rotations include pharmacist- led AMI Quality rounds, Pharmacist-led inpatient anticoagulation consultations, cardiac intensive care, cardiothoacic surgery, cardic rehabilitation, heart failure, outpaient anticoagulation and participation in the longitudinal in hospital, on-call program. Residency projects are geared toward quality improvement and are to be presented at the annual ASHP Midyear meeting. The resident will teach in a Cardiology elective course, precept pharmacy students and attend a monthly teaching seminar from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences- Worcester.
