Residency Special Features:   Rotations include Neuro- ICU, Surgical ICU,CT- Surgery, Medical ICU, Pediatric ICU, Neontal ICU, Solid- Organ Transplant, Infectious Diseases,Cardiac Care Unit, Bone Marrow Transplant. Opportunities for other rotations are available (e.g., Toxicology,Emergency Medicine, Nephrology,ect.). Numerous lecturing and precepting opportunities available through local college of pharmacy (MCPHS-Worcester),as well as mentoring of PGY-1 residents. Critical care research project with presentation at Eastern States Conference and national meeting required. Residency program will be tailored as best as possible to suit candidate's professional interest.

Site Special Features:   Umass Memorial Medical Center provides Central and Western Massachusetts with a full range of health care services including serving as the regions tertiary/ quaternary care referral center. As the academic hub of UMass Memorial Health Care, our Medical Center includes three interrelated facilities on separate campuses(Memorial, university and Hahnemann Campuses) all within a few miles of each other.
