Residency Special Features:   This residency program is structured to allow the resident flexibility in fulfilling individual needs and interests. Core rotations include general pediatrics, PICU, NICU, ID, hematology/oncology and obstetrics/maternal fetal medicine. A variety of elective rotations are available such as ED, nephrology, neurology, genetics, endocrinology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, surgery, informatics, medication safety/management and Rutgers Teaching Certificate Program. Residents will complete a research project, participate in committees, attend conferences, provide educational lectures and co-precept pharmacy students and PGY1 residents.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   PharmD, ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency, eligibility for New Jersey licensure, letter of intent, curriculum vitae, transcript and three letters of recommendation.
