Residency Special Features:   This residency program is designed to provide a well-rounded clinical pharmacy experience with an emphasis on internal medicine. Experiences at the primary site include anticoagulation monitoring, antimicrobial stewardship, critical care, infectious diseases, internal medicine, pharmacokinetics and administration. The resident will also have the opportunity to complete up to 8 weeks of additional elective rotations at Strong Memorial Hospital. Opportunities to complete research and gain experience in teaching pharmacy students throughout the year are available.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. graduate from an accredited program, eligibility for NY licensure, letter of intent, curriculum vitae, transcripts, 3 letters of recommendation
