Residency Special Features:   Plainview Hospital is a community-based facility of the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System Offering one residency position in pharmacy practice. The following rotations are offered Critical Care, Acute Care, Psychiatry, Administration, Inpatient Pharmacy, Cardio-Thoracic, Orthopedic/Rehab, Infectious Disease, Pediatrics, Bariatrics. We offer opportunities for elective rotations based on the resident’s interests.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), New York State Pharmacy Licensure or pending, letter of intent, curriculum vitae, official college transcripts and three letters of recommendation (professional, academic and personal).
