Multisite: Southside Hospital is a member of the NSLIJ Health System which consists of 16 member hospitals, and many other affiliated health care facilities.
Residency Special Features:   The pharmacy practice allows the residents to experience all areas of pharmacy practice in a tertiary care institution. The include but aren't limited to internal medicine, family practice, critical care, cardiothoracic, trauma, pediatrics, ambulatory care and administration. Residents will present formal lectures, in-services and precept pharmacy students.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm. D. or equivalent experience, and eligibility for licensure in New York
