Residency Special Features:   During the course of the program, the resident will be expected to:

Provide Acute/Critical Care Pharmacy Services, including total parenteral nutrition, antibiotic preparation, antibiotic monitoring, pharmacokinetic consults, IV admixture and Unit Dose Drug Distribution, participation in medical and surgical patient care rounds, provision of discharge counseling, and provision of Drug Information Services.

Provide Primary Care Clinical Pharmacy Services including patient /provider education, continuity of care and pharmacotherapy services and various medical specialties including: Dyslipidemia Management, Anticoagulation, Cardiology, Diabetes, Hypertension, Dermatology, Mental Health, Geriatrics, Critical Care and Infectious Disease.
