UPMC McKeesport offers the breadth of a tertiary care teaching hospital combined with the applicability and opportunities of a community hospital with a large primary care provider base. UPMC McKeesport residents will develop clinical skills in a variety of settings, with a high degree of rotation flexibility for personalization. Unique learning opportunities include family medicine, internal medicine, integration with a physician training program, participation in existing multidisciplinary practice improvement workgroups, and Mastery of Teaching certificate program through the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.
