Residency Special Features:   This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in many facets of primary care/ambulatory care pharmacy. The resident will actively provide pharmaceutical care to patients and collaborate with other health care professionals in the outpatient and inpatient settings. Anticoagulation Management Service, Medication Management, preventative health consults, Transition Clinic, health and wellness screenings (ie BP, cholesterol, glucose, osteoporosis, SkinScope, etc.), medication dispensing/counseling, drug information, continuing education/community outreach programs, and didactic teaching and precepting will be the main areas of focus.
