Residency Special Features:   

Cleveland Clinic Florida is a 155-bed community teaching hospital. The residency offers experience in internal medicine, critical care, transplant, hematology/oncology, anticoagulation, nutrition support, ambulatory care, emergency medicine and infectious disease. The resident will confidently and professionally integrate oneself into the health care team and utilize evidence-based medicine to optimize drug therapy outcomes. They will conduct practice-related research and have multiple opportunities to develop skills in educating healthcare professionals and the community.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   

Graduation from ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida. Application submitted via PHORCAS. Cleveland Clinic Pharmacy does not provide employment-based non-immigration visa sponsorship for pharmacy residency programs.
