Residency Special Features:   The PGY2 Cardiology Pharmacy Residency provides in-depth experience in the management of cardiovascular conditions with an emphasis on developing expert competence in the provision of pharmacotherapy services in the ambulatory cardiology setting and the development of teaching skills. The resident will prepare formal lectures and in-services, precept pharmacy students during rotations, complete a major project and participate in scholarly activities. Elective experiences are flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of the resident.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   U.S. citizenship, ACPE-accredited Pharm.D. degree, PGY-1 Residency, pharmacy licensure in any state, academic transcript (pharmacy school only), curriculum vitae, letter of intent, three letters of recommendation, in addition to the form to be completed in the PhORCAS system, and an onsite interview. All applications to the program must be submitted through the PhORCAS system.
