Residency Special Features:   The PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program at UHealth spans across 3 world-renowned facilities: University of Miami Hospital, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Rotations available include adult internal medicine, critical care, infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship, USP 797 and IV room safety, research, hematology/oncology, pediatric oncology, bone marrow transplant, pharmacy administration, emergency medicine, Nutrition support, and Diabetes management. Residents will have the ability to precept pharmacy students at all three sites.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D, eligible for licensure in the State of Florida, Letter of intent, Curriculum vitae, 3 letters of recommendation, and official transcript. Candidate must be a US citizen or resident with work authorization.
