Residency Special Features:   PGY-1 residents at Florida Hospital Heartland will have the opportunity to participate in clinical, operational, administrative, drug information, informatics, medication safety, and research experiences. Residents will be exposed to a comprehensive clinical experience in internal medicine, critical care, antimicrobial stewardship, emergency medicine, cardiology, pain management, and transitional care services. Additionally, there will be longitudinal academic and teaching experiences associated with multiple universities in the Central Florida area.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Candidates must have a PharmD from an ACPE accredited pharmacy school; submit a letter of intent, current CV, and academic transcript; and submit three letters of recommendation (two recommendations must be from a pharmacy preceptor or pharmacy manager).
