Residency Special Features:   The PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program at Holtz Children's Hospital is designed for a resident interested in becoming a well-rounded, independent pediatric pharmacist.  Rotational opportunities include general pediatrics, pediatric critical care, neonatology, hematology/oncology, solid organ transplant, administration, bone marrow transplant, emergency medicine, infectious diseases and others.  The resident will complete a research project, DUE, formulary monograph, present at national and local meetings, and mentor and provide education to PharmD students.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   PharmD degree, completion of a PGY1 residency or equivalent experience and eligibility for     licensure in Florida, letter of intent, CV, 3 letters of recommendation, college transcripts (s), and an on-site interview.
