Residency Special Features:   This residency will transition PGY1 graduates to specialized practitioners qualified to be fully integrated members of the interdisciplinary EM team. EM Core rotations include trauma, critical care, toxicology, pediatrics/intermediate care, and clinical administration. Elective rotations are selected from various options including Medical ICU, Trauma/Surgery ICU, Cardiovascular/Neuroscience ICU, ED/ICU Transitions of Care, ID, and Psychiatry. Residents are members of the Pharmacy/Toxicology Team and perform antimicrobial stewardship through an EM-based collaborative practice culture review service.
