Residency Special Features:   A 12-month postdoctoral residency program designed to develop skills and competencies in pharmacy practice. The resident will have learning experiences in pharmacokinetics, infectious diseases, anticoagulation management, cardiology, nutritional support, quality improvement/MUE, ADR monitoring, and drug information. The resident will be a member ofvarious multidiscipline teamsand will participate in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meetings. The resident will participate in educational activities of Pharm.D. students from Mercer University & University of Georgia and in the pharmacy staff development program at Piedmont Hospital.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. from an accredited school of pharmacy, eligibility for licensure in Georgia, college transcripts, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation, and a letter of intent.
