Residency Special Features:   Phoebe offers a broad based, in-depth experience designed to develop competent, caring pharmacy practitioners.Residents will be enrolled in the UGA College of Pharmacy Graduate Certificate Program. Successful completion of the residency includes a teaching certificate, and a Graduate Certificate from the UGA College of Pharmacy Possible areas for learning experiences include: critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, infectious diseases, neonatology, hematology-oncology, practice management and pharmacy automation. Electives may be arranged at University of Georgia residency sites around the state. Residents will present formal lectures and in-services and will complete an original research project, worthy of publication. The results of the project will be presented at the Southeastern Residency Conference. The primary goals of Phoebe's residency program are to train pharmaceutical care generalists and develop future leaders in the practice of pharmacy.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. from an accredited college of pharmacy, eligibility for Georgia licensure, college transcripts, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation, signed letter of intent and completed application.
