Residency Special Features:   

The residency is designed to develop the resident's skills and competency in providing patient-centered care in Geriatrics and Extended Care (G&EC), Ambulatory Care/Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), Mental Health and Acute Care. Rotations include Ambulatory Care, G&EC, Acute Care, Mental Health, Administrative, Patient Education & Community Service, and Teaching in Pharmacy Practice. Elective include Advanced PACT Telemedicine, Antimicrobial Stewardship and Hepatology, Drug Information, Mental Health Residential Rehab Treatment Program and PACT Pain and Inpatient Hospice.
