Residency Special Features:   The pharmacy practice residency gives in-depth experience in a broad area of pharmacy practice including nutritional support, pharmacokinetics, drug information, medication safety, internal medicine, critical care, oncology, pediatrics, pain management, antibiotic stewardship, and administration. Residents present formal lectures, inservices and prepare a major project. The resident also serves as preceptor for pharmacy clerkship students during some rotations. The residency has as its goal the development of future leaders in hospital pharmacy practice.
