Residency Special Features:   This residency is conducted in collaboration between Mission Hospital and the Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) Family Health Center. This program develops ambulatory care practitioners who provide primarily ambulatory patient care services in a variety of innovative settings, alongside Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners (CPPs). Residents have longitudinal learning experiences in diverse clinics, including anticoagulation, osteoporosis, pharmacotherapy, transitions of care, and medication assistance.
