Residency Special Features:   The oncology pharmacy residency is a comprehensive learning experience which exposes the resident to all areas of cancer patient care; inpatient, outpatient, hospice, palliative care, clinical research, symptoms management, etc. The resident is able to learn in depth information about each disease site through attending clinic with oncologists/nurses, continually working with the medical staff, presenting formal lectures, in-services, completing a major project and precepting pharmacy students during some rotations. The residency setting is primarily Ambulatory.
