Residency Special Features:   The Union hospital pharmacy residency program consists of a broad range of clinical opportunities in pharmaceutical care with rotations including: academic, internal medicine, critical care, infectious diseases, nutrition support, practice management/administration, oncology, cardiology, emergency medicine, ambulatory care, clinical informatics, anticoagulation clinic and our longitudinal pediatric lunch/learn seminar. Residents will be involved in several teaching experiences throughout the year including providing presentations to the following: medical students, medical residents, doctorate of psychology students, physical therapy and physician assistant students. The resident will assist in multiple medical committee projects and be required to complete a residency project that will be presented at the Great Lakes Pharmacy Residency Conference near the completion of their residency.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm. D. or equivalent experience, Completed application in PhORCAS, which includes: letter of intent, three letters of recommendation, curriculum vitae, official college transcripts,and must be eligible for Indiana licensure.
