Residency Special Features:   Riverview Health’s PGY1 residency program offers candidates flexibility and individual attention for a truly exceptional learning experience. Residents will receive training in internal medicine, medical and surgical intensive care, rehabilitation and transitional care, emergency medicine, ambulatory care, medication therapy management, infectious disease, nutrition, oncology, and pharmacy operations. Special projects and presentations will be required throughout the program. Students may elect to receive a teaching certificate from Butler University.
