Residency Special Features:   The UH Geauga Medical Center PGY1 Pharmacy Residency graduates highly skilled pharmacists with the tools necessary to provide quality patient care as members of interprofessional healthcare teams. Emphasis will be placed on communication, lifelong learning, leadership, evidence-based medication management and patient safety in the unique setting of a community hospital. Available rotations include Internal Medicine, Practice Management, Medication Safety, Oncology, Academia, Geriatrics, and a number of other elective opportunities.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D. degree or equivalent experience, eligibility for Ohio licensure, letter of intent, CV, three letters of recommendation, and college transcripts.
