Residency Special Features:   PGY1 Residency program with two positions offered. Program will be tailored to each individual resident’s interests. Teaching certificate program with on campus lectures and research opportunities in affiliation with the University of Findlay College of Pharmacy (Findlay, Ohio) and Ohio Northern University College of Pharmacy (Ada, Ohio). Both residency positions offer a focus in internal medicine and ambulatory care. Innovative and progressive hospital pharmacy department with many opportunities for growth and professional development.
Fringe Benefits:   160 hours PTO. All benefits of full time employees. Education and travel provided for both residency positions.
Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Eligibility for Ohio Pharmacist licensure, letter of intent, curriculum vitae, 3 letters of recommendation, college transcripts, and onsite interview.
