Residency Special Features:   *NMS Code 230513 - PGY1 pharmacy residency program with a hospital pharmacy focus; NMS Code 230521 - PGY1 pharmacy residency with an ambulatory care pharmacy focus. This is a 12-month program that is designed to help a pharmacist develop into an independent clinical practitioner. In addition to individual rotation requirements, the residents will provide multiple continuing education presentations, complete a drug usage evaluation and major research project, serve as a mentor for pharmacy students, and staff every other weekend. The research project will be presented in multiple formats throughout the year at both regional and national conferences.There are two tracks to the residency including both ambulatory and hospital.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Pharm.D from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy, eligible for pharmacist in Ohio, academic transcripts, curriculum vitae, 3 letters of recommendation, and letter of intent.
