Residency Special Features:   The PGY-1 residency program at Mercy is designed to expose two highly motivated residents to numerous practice areas.  Several direct patient care rotations are offered (i.e. internal medicine, critical care, ambulatory care, etc) as well as opportunities to gain knowledge in alternative practice areas (i.e. administration, patient safety/quality, etc). Elective rotations can be tailored to match the resident's interest.  Additional activities include presentations, completion of a research project, precepting of APPE and IPPE students, and participation on numerous hospital committee.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   Eligibility for Ohio Pharmacist licensure, curriculum vitae, 3 letters of recommendations, interview, Candidates must follow requirements and instructions via Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) and National Match Services (NMS).
