The purpose of the UH Parma Medical Center PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program is to graduate highly skilled pharmacists with the experience and tools necessary to provide evidence-based, patient-centered, quality care. Program graduates will be competent and compassionate members of the interdisciplinary health care team, exhibiting a high level of professionalism while contributing to the pharmacy profession
