Residency Special Features:   The FVAMC PGY-1 residency program offers core rotations in acute care and ambulatory care (PACT/anticoagulation management), as well as psychiatry and geriatrics. Other opportunities include longitudinal experiences in Pharmacy Management, Pharmacy Staffing, Formal Education, and Drug Information. Residents participate in quarterly newsletter publications, as well as Grand Rounds presentations for the medical staff. Additional CE presentations will be developed in conjunction with regional residents. Residents attend Midyear and the Southeastern Residency Conference.
