Residency Special Features:   Comprehensive oncology pharmacy services with emphasis on oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplantation. Other rotations include pediatric oncology, investigational drug service, neuro-oncology, and ambulatory oncology practice The resident becomes involved in many special projects throughout the year, in addition to one major project. Affiliated with the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Special Requirements for Acceptance:   The applicant must possess a Pharm.D. degree and have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency. All applications must be submitted through PhORCAS (Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application System). The required components of the application that must be submitted includes a letter of intent, 3 references, a photograph of the applicant, curriculum vitae, and a pharmacy school transcript.
