This residency provides a variety of experiences designed to develop advanced knowledge and experience in pharmacy practice foundation skills, patient care, and practice management. Residents will also be involved in medication use processes including participation in pharmacy and therapeutics committee meetings, multidisciplinary patient care teams, and drug information support. Residents will be responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing patient care programs that provide cost-effective pharmacotherapy. Residents will also assist with mentoring pharmacy students.
