We offer 8 positions starting in July and 4 positions starting in January. This allows for more individualized training and attention during orientation and also facilitates better resident retention throughout the healthcare system after graduation. During each rotation, the resident is expected to perform independently and demonstrate an increasing proficiency in pharmacy practice. The resident will develop critical thinking skills while monitoring patient progress and medication therapy. Research projects are presented at regional conferences and are prepared for publication.
