Residency Special Features:   The residency will provide broad clinical pharmacy experiences in ambulatory care, internal medicine, practice management, home-based primary care, infectious disease, and hospice. The resident will also have the opportunity to precept Pharm.D. Candidates and have the option to complete a teaching certificate program through Sullivan College of Pharmacy. The strengths of this residency include flexible rotations, inpatient and outpatient learning opportunities, and interdisciplinary team rounds.
