Residency Special Features:   St. Elizabeth Healthcare offers a PGY2 residency program in Health-System Pharmacy Administration (HSPA) based at community hospitals in the Northern Kentucky area, just across the river from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. St. Elizabeth's PGY2 HSPA program offers a diverse selection of leadership, administrative, finance, drug policy, informatic rotations. The experiences are designed to allow the resident to build upon experience from their PGY1 year as well as gain new experience in a variety of areas within health-system pharmacy administration. Throughout the residency, the resident will gain knowledge and understanding of regulations, finance, personnel management and leadership practices. The resident will develop project management skills through a quality improvement project and cost management project. The resident will also have opportunity to collaborate on multidisciplinary committees.
